Chapels are prayer encounter spaces, both on site and on line.
Our Story
In 2014, the journey to offer prayer encounter spaces began. Chris Backert brought Cheryl on as Prayer Coordinator with Fresh Expressions NA. The first Prayer Chapel was formed at the 2014 Fresh Expressions NA National Gathering in Alexandria, VA. Over the last 12 years, this has expanded to Gatherings which include, Missio Alliance, Ascent Partners Leadership Retreats, Creo Arts, etc.

Chapels
CHAPELS incorporate one-on-one Ananias Prayer, prophetic art, and “Daniel at the Pool of Bethesda” undergirding worship. These prayer team members include ecumenical seasoned intercessors who have grown in their ability to hear the voice of Jesus and be vessels to speak encouragement, healing, and discernment for those in places of transition. Chapel prophetic fine artists listen to the voice of Jesus as they worship on site. Many times, their work reveals images that our Ananias Prayer Team “See” in prayer for those who receive prayer. Chapel worship incorporates quiet anointed reflection music.

The Chapel FB Page is an online space, in partnership with Fresh Expressions NA, where pioneering leaders and artists can come and be encouraged, renewed, and equipped for the continuing journey of pioneer mission. This space offers Lenten and Advent pilgrimages, online prayer training, and encouragement from fellow pioneers.
